The "Greening Power"
Viriditas is the "greening power" – the creative force that keeps our spirit refreshed, enlivened. It is inherent in all life and dares us to "enjoy the ecstasy of God."
Viriditas is a way to uncover, reclaim your True Green Self. Then you will be living fully in “… shining serenity…enfolded in the weaving of divine mysteries…” and living the life you dreamed of living.
In order to enjoy that ecstasy, we have to take care of our suffering. As a Spiritual Director or Companion, I help you refresh your relationship with your divine self, reconnect with your heart, expand and deepen your connection to God as you understand God, and step into a more fresh, verdant, green life.
Transitions
Our connection to the Divine is so important when we navigate these in-between places in our lives.
Life changes often are challenging and we don’t know how to respond. Updating our connection with our souls and our understanding of who god is for us now can support us through these changes. Deepening that connection revitalizes our Spirit and allows us to participate in life with. freshness and aliveness.
Healing
At other times, our hearts become hardened, often not aware of our own suffering. Then are unaware of the suffering of our loved ones or others around us.
Acknowledging and allowing all of our feelings, we begin to heal and claim our true selves, our aliveness, our own “greenness.”
Spirit
Rather than living from the past or into a future that hasn’t arrived, you can relax into the present. As you live into the present moment, you are living from the greenness of your soul, Viriditas.
Connecting with your soul, the Divinity Within, you recharge your spiritual batteries, invigorating your creativity so that you can respond more effectively to life in the present moment.
