Mid-Summer Update

Dear Friends-

It’s mid- Summer- that time when the corn is tasty, Black Eyed Susans are popping up in gardens and road sides, and homegrown tomatoes are dripping with juice and seeds. While the heat can feel a bit oppressive, it is wonderful to see the beauty and the bounty that it produces in combination with its friend, the rain.

I’m always amazed with the beauty that the earth insists on creating, even in the face of so much suffering—of people and the planet. It’s a reminder to me to practice what I am seeing: joy and fullness even in challenging times.

Speaking of fullness, I wanted to let you know about some upcoming events that I am very excited about that will take place this Fall. Take a look here.
